nemui replacement PCB request
first off, we thank you for purchasing the nemui and supporting our first manufactured board. we recently discovered that due to some manufacturing variances, the o-ring mount on some nemui keyboards may have a stiffer feel than intended. to ensure that every customer enjoys the best possible experience with their keyboard, we have decided to offer free PCB replacements to all nemui purchasers. this new replacement PCB has been tested and will account for all variances to solve the mentioned issue.

- who is eligible? all nemui keyboard customers, regardless of whether or not you’ve experienced this issue.
- why offer replacements to everyone? we want every customer to have a perfect product, even if this issue doesn’t currently affect you.
- prebuilt nemui customers: customers who have purchased the prebuilt variant and do not plan on using it beyond its original configuration will not be impacted by this issue.
